Corn Katori Chat Recipe

Ingredients

  •   1 cup sweet corns
  •   2 small onion – finely chopped
  •   1 medium tomato – finely chopped
  •  1 medium-size carrot – finely chopped  and blanched
  •  5-8 French beans – finely chopped  and blanched
  •  1 medium Cucumber – finely chopped
  •  1 small Capsicum – finely chopped
  •  1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  •  1 teaspoon chaat masala powder or as required
  •  1 or 2 teaspoon lemon juice or add as per taste
  • salt as required

For Garnishing

  • a few coriander leaves.

For Serving:

4 papad Katori( small size Haldiram papad)

Cooking Directions:
      Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Now serve this in papad Katori and garnish with
coriander leaves.
How to make Papad katoti?

bake the Haldiram papad on the stove and put it in a small size bowl and press it accordingly.

Tutti Frutti Custard Recipe

Ingredients
▢   1 small Mango – finely chopped
▢   1 small Pomegranate
▢   1 Apricot – finely chopped
▢   1 Banana – finely chopped
▢   1 pack of Britannia cake (flavor as per taste)

For Garnishing
▢   1 tbs cherry/tutti frutti
▢   1 tbs crushed dry fruit(Cashew, Almonds, Dates)

Instructions:
Take a shot glass or whatever you have at home.
start making layers of Britannia cake, custard layer, then banana, again Britannia cake, custard layer, apricot, and so on with other fruits.
garnish this with pieces of cake, crushed dry fruits, and cherry/tutti frutti.

Now the desert is ready you can surprise your mom with this.
